2007-2011

EARLY STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT

As the foundation phase for the company to root in the textile machinery sector, its core was to define the business direction and verify product implementation. Starting from Qingdao, it locked in the track of textile machinery design and manufacturing, and relied on water jet looms to achieve a breakthrough from the commissioning of the first batch to the delivery of 10,000 units, laying a solid market and reputation foundation in key domestic textile regions.

2007

Established in Qingdao, focusing on the designing and manufacturing of textile machinery.

2008

First batch of 500 sets water jet looms started operation in Changxing, Zhejiang.

2010

The 10000th water jet loom was delivered to Shaoxing, Zhejiang.

2012-2019

DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH PERIOD

We focused on "production capacity, quality, and ecosystem" to drive scale expansion and capability upgrading: significantly boosted production capacity while tapping key domestic textile cluster markets to expand coverage; strengthened core competitiveness via patent accumulation and quality management certification; built strategic partnerships for resource sharing and complementary advantages, deepened industrial chain synergy, and transformed from a "single manufacturing enterprise" to a "comprehensive service-oriented enterprise".

2012

Production capacity increased by 80%, markets expanded to Xiaoshan and Shengze.

2015

Obtained multiple patents and passed lS09001 quality management system certification.

2018

Established strategic partnership with Yushan textile to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages.

2020-2025

MATURATION STAGE

Driven by globalization and intelligent transformation, it pursued high-quality development and advanced towards an "industry leader": broke national borders in the market, expanded to multiple countries and increased global market share; reached the milestone of commissioning 100,000 units of equipment, demonstrating scale and recognition; planned an intelligent new factory to promote the upgrading of production to smart manufacturing, solidifying long-term competitiveness.

2020

Markets share continues to increase in China,Korea,India,Egypt,Brazil and other countries.

2023

After 16 years’ development,the 100000th equipment started to operate in Anhui.

2024

The new intelligent factory is scheduled to put into use in 2026 with 16 acres.
